Let us get it straight -committing to waking up early to break up in sweat and work out isn’t as easy as everyone makes it seem like. It’s even harder when you are a newbie like me who has just decided that little-toned legs have never hurt anyone.
So here are 3 ways you can get yourself to workout (Take this advice at your own risk)
- Have a Schedule
I am a huge schedule fanatic and thus can testify to its power! choose a time you are going to work out and set reminders on your calendar and alarm clock ( you can use Alarmy -the world’s most annoying alarm to wake you up).
- Workout with a friend
One is a solo act and two is the company you need. Invite a friend or the neighborhood busybody to work out with you -trust me it makes you less lazy. Having a workout buddy is also a near sure-shot way to stay motivated and never miss a workout.
- Reward Yourself
Nothing beats an intense 45-minute workout and rewarding yourself with a batch of nuts or dark chocolate. And if you like me, well then a slice of pizza is in the works.
