Have you watched Nasty_C‘s NDA video yet? If not yet, should you?
Having recently released the video for the Vinyl Kid-assisted single Nasty has been under a lot of scrutiny due to the fact that his audios are worlds away from his visuals, in terms of quality. While some have said that he sounds too African, others have commented that NDA is still better than Cassper Nyovest‘s Tito Mboweni (which was also produced by Gemini Major).
For those who might be wondering what NDA stands for it is an acronym for New Dck Alert. Whether or not it is in reference to the male appendage or just about being a total dck I’ll leave the conclusion up to you. The vibe of the track is a banger and fits in well with the “trap generation”.
When you are signed to a high-profile record label like Mabala Noise it’s almost impossible to get away with low-profile music videos. Fans may have understood when Nasty was independent but now it’s looking meh… This is the same Mabala Noise that has been making headlines with Riky Rik’s online declaration of emancipation.
This is also amid the speculation that he paid bribes to get awards. He also recently premiered the short film “Veliswa” which is a dedication to his late mother on the 9th of March 2017. The short film also contained the visuals for the songs Don’t Do It, Phases and Good Girls/SCH off his Bad Hair Extensions album.
